About Rosembarg Construction

Rosembarg Construction is a family-owned luxury general contracting firm based in New York. We specialize in high-end residential renovations across Manhattan, Long Island's North Shore, and the Hamptons, with select retail and hospitality work for design-forward brands and institutions.

We were built on a straightforward belief: the quality of execution should match the quality of the vision. Too many renovations fall apart between the design and the finished space. We exist to close that gap.

Over decades of work in New York's most demanding buildings — from 35 Hudson Yards to Essex House to private residences on the Upper East Side — we've developed the systems, the relationships, and the standards that luxury projects require.

How we work.

We take on a limited number of projects at a time. That's intentional. It means every job we commit to gets real oversight — direct involvement from project leadership from the first consultation through the final walkthrough.

We coordinate trades, manage timelines, handle permits and approvals, and maintain clear communication with every party involved. Our clients — whether homeowners, designers, or architects — know exactly where their project stands at every phase.
